Case 1

Patient is wearing a lower arylic partial denture stablized by 2 lower cuspids.

Immediate implants were placed in the lower cuspid area, while 2 small diameter abutment implants were palced in the anterior region to mimic/support the lower incisors. The so called "Esthetic zone" of the anterior six teeth, and then 2 implants on each side distal to the cuspids for posterior support.

The final prosthesis was a fixed, screw retained metal ceramic prosthesis.

Total procedure time from implant to final restoration: 12 weeks
